The release of the 2 kilowatt grid tied solar inverter represents a significant step forward for the company, according to EnaSolar Business Development Manager Alan Booth.

“We have spent a number of years developing this new product and we are very excited about the final result, which looks to have surpassed many of the high standards offered by our larger competitors.

“EnaSolar already has significant demand from New Zealand and Australian distributors and installers, and with the current global shortage of inverters, we look forward to discussing requirements with other clients around the world,” added Mr Booth.

EnaSolar is developing an extensive range of solar inverter products to meet the growing global demand for renewable energy. The company is looking to service the domestic consumer market initially, with a move into small-scale commercial applications in mid-2011 with a range of larger single and three-phase products.
